Didn't exactly work out for IdrA but...

In MC's interview after his loss he said: "I wasn't in a good condition, but if I was in normal condition I would never lose to Idra. During the break one of the staff members named Alyssa gave me an energy drink so my condition went up, so if I played him right now I could definitely win."

That isn't even true at all. Idra thought MMA was taking his fifth expansion and had a new wave of Marines on the way because no one expects their opponent to kill their own orbial and he saw MMA building a new one at the gold. Idra GG'd because he thought he was behind. This is coming straight from Incontrol.

This, Idra has done this shit time and time again. He did it in Brood War and he's done it a ton in SC2 where if he leaves as soon as he thinks he is behind. Hell he did it in all three straight games against MC. People have been making fun of him for it since TSL2.

That's a pretty dumb way to toss the match too lol. Make sure to be winning before gging? What Eanae said was right, he even was on inside the game(whatever djwheat thing) and said the exact same thing.

Also, he'd be better off leaving it 2-0 against MC rather than trying to make it 4-0. The majority of fans are retarded, and nobody knows that better than a pro player, so Idra already had it out there that he's > MC. Taking an unnecessary risk is just retarded.

Going to echo those sentiments. No way in hell idra purposefully threw the game. He made a really stupid mistake that very likely put him on tilt and caused his extremely poor performance through much of the rest of the tournament.

on first inside the game after MLG that idra and incontrol were on, idra specifically said that he gg'd prematurely and even acknowledged that he needed to work on mental-aspect of his game play. he did not throw the game.
