I haven't played for month's tried the other night barely beat a complete newbie in bronze. Not that i have ever been that good anyway but when i did play i got up to like rank 8 bronze. I would be up for a tourny would be nice to OBS or stream it via JTV or something.

Depending on the prizes, platinum and below in one group, diamond and above in another is best imo.

IMO the gap between platinum and gold is also pretty wide, so unless we do 3 tiers, at least one group is gonna get screwed. Though if there are no entry fees or anything like that, I suppose people could still join for fun.

I agree that the skill difference between platinum and gold is too wide to be put together. I'm in gold getting paired vs low plat and I win about 1/4 of them.

Also, I am wrongly in diamond. All I get placed vs is plats, and I win like around 50/50, probably gonna get demoted soon I think >_>

Against protoss anyway. I can kinda hold my own vs zerg and terran diamonds. But fuck those days where I get like 10 protoss in a row, and only win 1 or 2 of them. I think I even lost to a gold protoss once. -_-

bear in mind that I like to give stuff away on BG because it makes people happy AND drives traffic, albeit possibly small in amount, to the site
more traffic, more the forums pay for themselves

if a few hundred people clicked on every ad on BG every day for a few months we would have the most bitchin party you could imagine
