Just sent in my mouse for a refund (since amazon didn't have any of them in stock...)

So I'm out for a week, maybe two, maybe longer, idk. There's a new version of the mouse, but there's a ton of mixed reviews. It's also sold out everywhere, or I can buy directly from razer for like $20 extra.

I was using a razer mamba, which I got kinda cheap ($30 off or so, was new, too) on amazon a while back. I really liked the design and the feel of it in my hands, and I'm all used to the button placements and stuff, but I never really bothered with the wireless mode that often. Lately I've just been hearing a ton of bad stuff about razer, so idk. I really don't care for all of the super features that FPS people care about, but it was nice having a good and sturdy (until it started breaking, lolz) mouse. It would also be nice to spend less money on one. -_- Any advice?

I hear the lachesis is really solid. I think I'm gonna get one soon myself, been using this pos stock dell mouse, and I'm just so sick of it lol.

I love my G500, would highly recommend if you don't need a shitton of buttons on your mouse for whatever you play.

Im using a microsoft sidewinder at 2000dpi (fastest it has available), it took me a while to get used to the speed but now its a lot better

Yeah I think I'm gonna do with a deathadder. Like I said, I never really bothered with the wireless mode (battery only lasted like half a day... maybe if it lasted like normal shitty mice with AA batteries and stuff <.<), and besides that, it looks like it's basically the same mouse, except there's no tiny button to adjust the dpi, and I just used the middle-ish settings on the old one and don't really care to switch them on the fly anyway. Got until monday to decide I guess :D

Aw man, second game of MC v puma

it was looking great for MC - really really nice play by denying drops with full energy HT back at home

and then little skirmishes in the middle of the map were awesome.. MC casting storms on puma's advancing army, puma EMPs, but the HTs were already put back inside of his warp prism. MC looked invincible to me.. and then he fucking A-moves everything into puma when they engaged and the warp prism with 3 HTs was focused down >.>............

I've fought my way to 6th in my division in Bronze league with the last 9 games all won and the last two of which were against Silver leage players, so possibly promotion soon?
While I'd look forward to playing in the Silver leage, about 6 of those 9 wins were ZvZ and has been alot in the last two weeks.
Almost all of those players have tried to 6/7 pool rush, which I've gotten a pretty damn good counter for but the problem is that this is a strat that rushes to Muta tech on one base (or two if they did anything more than just lings), meaning I've done nothing but play on two bases max for a long time and not getting any decent practice in playing a real multi-base Zerg match. It makes me think that I'll just get destoryed in the Silver league.

Is this damn 6/7 pool rush (as well as early 4 gate rush and marine rush) as frequent in the leagues above Bronze or do people actually try to play 'properly'?

Mirror matchups will almost always be rushes. They suck really hard to play out. And fast aggression will only get worse the higher up you get. Less allin for sure, but probably more deadly.

youll soon learn that people that 6 pool rarely ever win unless they have great micro. im high level diamond and every time someone tries to 6pool me (which is very rare) in ZvZ, it is easily defendable with a 14 pool/gas.
