god damn, if he held that attack it would have been over. I thought it was HEAVILY favored... idra was on double evo chamber with 1-1 vs nestea's 1-1 and 1 evo chamber, more bases for idra, higher supply for a majority of the game, and the clear econ advantage

Don't know how Nestea stayed in it so well after getting put on tilt early with those bane kills on drones. Nestea is arguably the strongest ZvZ in the world but IdrA looks to be right behind now though.

Naniwa upsetting Mvp. I'm actually really surprised he won that final clash Game 3, it seemed like the stuff behind the Forcefields would just melt the Zealots without fear. And Game 2 just showed how worthless Zealots are against anything ranged without Charge. I really think the time/cost on it needs to be reduced

Concussive finishes so fast. Stim finishes before Charge as well, as it's an 1.5tech structure. I'm so conflicted about Naniwa. I usually like him, but I hate coL.

for game 2 of Nani vs MVP the reason his zealots were so worthless is because he only had what 2 sentries and they both used all their energy right away on two poor forcefields. Zealots without sentry support are terrible against bio, but if they have a guardian shield up and good forcefields they become insane so it's really hard for blizzard to balance them. They can't make charge any better or cheaper than it is without making zealots ridiculously strong but at the same time they really are weak without proper support. Not like any of that mattered in the end though as Naniwa lost the game the second he decided to throw away five stalkers for nothing while his zealots were chilling at his forward pylon. He should have just waited for another wave and finished it there.

It's just IdrA not knowing the metagame, and having a bad draw on xel'naga. Most Z I know play mutas if they know warp prisms are going to come.

Nestea, Ret and IdrA all lost because they got outplayed, or were on xel'naga caverns. NesTea lost because he was pissed off and played extremely sub-par compared to how he normally plays, maybe you could analyze games better if you were out of bronze. Mutas are extremely strong in ZvP if you can hold a 6gate timing, mass expanding and always countering makes it nearly impossible for P to win. Warp prisms can be denied 100% through positioning and overlord spread, which none of the Zs that played today had.
