Moletrap was just one of many legions of random youtube casters trying to get in on english bw commentary after the relative success of people like klazart. I don't really know that that counts as "contributing" so much as just trying to get a foot in the door (which he did quite successfully). Slasher was at least in the e-sports scene forever and despite being wrong about at least half of the shit he spews, he still works incredibly hard and produces tremendous amounts of content for the scene overall.

Attack is a command you trigger by hitting the A button. Targetting a place on the ground will do an 'attack move' which orders the units to move to that location and attack anything they encounter on the way.

Sometimes I wonder how hard to must be to learn all this shit if you didn't learn it playing RTS back in the day. All this stuff is like second nature to some of us so it's kind of funny watching someone try to understand it. I also find it hilarious when you find people who don't know about shift queuing, control groups and using them to focus, screen positions, etc.

Not very. I played SC back in the day, but never actual matches, mostly custom games. I started actually playing SC2 and picking this stuff up isn't hard, just improving yourself can be
