So the Terran nerfs have finally come. They are increasing the reaper build time like I thought they would as well as the Bunker build time, Tanks also received a slight nerf against Hydra's, Zerglings, and Zealots. All reasonable changes IMO. Zealots got a slight build time nerf which won't really effect much except two gating and maybe the 4 gate zealot all in for PvP. Doesn't really do anything to PvT as you usually chrono a stalker out first anyway. In any case I might go back to Terran now. The numbers of Terran should be reduced and it means I won't have to play the god awful PvP anymore. You can find a list of what they are planning to change here:

Zealot nerf is welcome. Thats one of the few thing I wanted them to fix, since it made early game very boring against protoss. PvP was the worst with zealot push against zealot push.

Tanks nerf will be nice, and another thing I was hoping they would do. Ultralisk nerf however is weird. They can be strong in the open field...but shit, no one ever fight them there.

The nerf is very slight for Ultra's and they actually get a buff against buildings. Now they will cleave SCV's that are trying to repair a structure or can hit multiple buildings. Overall I'd say they are better now despite the damage nerf.

so tank is basically marauder 2.0 now? i don't see how this changes terran strat. maybe it lets zerg use hyrdas against them, but they already could counter with speedlings.

Well, if it's centered around the middle of the target, you might not hit the scv if you attack a cc (like tank).

It wont. It will change how you approach it. Light unit surviving 1 hits mean your army is more likely to reach them before they die, especially the ling and hydra.

Tank Nerf is kinda nessery 5Sieged tanks and Bunkers with MM & 2Air turrets, you just taking controlle of the map,time they're able to take out your forces there you've already up'd the defenced

The Path of Ace , and Psi assult, are causing quite some problems for me can get up2 175kills on Psi Assult and can only beat path of Ace with 23deaths-.-; Any Advice appercated D:

what i did for psi assault was destroying the rocks to the north right at the start and move upstairs and defend that ramp, it was sooooooooooo easy, only had to make illusions for the wave of mutalisks and the ultra

Why do people quite so easy? guy had me on edge of lossing threw hole game, with his 2nd wave of attacks, i could hardly get a force out be4 his next attack afterwords, built some siege tanks and bunkers, and sent some banshee's to his 3rd base and destoryed it, he sent another wave of guys after i did that, and after i destoryed it he quite -.0;

Well, I personally never give up as long there is a sliver of hope, but when you have no more economy/lost your main force, the match is pretty much done usually. If he had nothing to counter the banshee, and no money to expand again, it was just a matter of time before he lost.

i play in diamond, it's courteous to GG when you know the game is over. scrub mistakes like that aren't made.


edit: one thing that pisses me off the most is when terran lifts off after they've been scrub'd and pull a EhEhEhEhheehehEhEHE lemme make the game longer than it should be even though i fucking lost.

i play in diamond, it's courteous to GG when you know the game is over. scrub mistakes like that aren't made.

Being out resourced doesn't mean you've lost it means it's time to either attack because you should have the army advantage or expand yourself. That is unless you just let your opponent expand and don't react to it which is something else I see a lot of in Diamond, then yeah you've lost.

my response was given to when you lose your forces and leave why do people do that? if you lose your forces and you're being out resourced the game is 9/10 over. it's courteous to GG. if you don't know when to GG then... yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

nobody's talking about being a fag and lifting off buildings just to prolong the loss, holding onto a sliver of hope to come back to win does not equal being rude

it's not uncommon in diamond for an opponent to lose more units than you but have better macro (more unit producing structures) or better tech (having air vs no AA, having cloak vs no detection, just finished researching siege or storm that can fend off your forces) that can allow the guy -- who you think is not courteous enough to GG -- to come back and beat you
