Yah, It has two placeholders so it can technically spawn twice back to back (since its also if i recall a "true lottery" spawn with no minimum respawn window)

Could be wrong but i know one of those two explanations is right

The great part about Aurum is that it offers 8 DEX (4ACC for 2H) when you need it. The bad part about Aurum is that it puts 3STR+3ATT against 2% DA, especially on non-WAR classes, when the extra 2sTP and extra ACC do nothing.
