Yeah a pseudo 6 hit works just as well. Anything you're using Scythe for, you should be easily capping ACC with food/gear/job abilities. You're more likely to miss that first swing in your true 6 hit than you are to miss 2 out of 3 of those additional hits in the pseudo 6.

A comment from someone's journal I read time to time. Basically said that maintaining a 6-hit is completely pointless, and that relying on Guillotine/Insurgency to land 3-4 hits is the way to go.

Okay I'll take this step by step, they each deserve their own individual fail account:

1) Linkshell rages Fafnir
2) I solo claim 2% Fafnir out of nowhere, immediately get terrorized
3) Have BLM there, invite him quickly and he casts ES Burst II in reaction - Fafnir doesn't die
4) He gets terrorized, we're both terrorized now, and he dies
5) Goes unclaimed, other Linkshell gets, Ridill drop

So last night I never saw the message about how maintenance was today, only the linkshell informed me. But I eventually find out to get everything off AH and D Box. I figure I'll go out, come back home, take care of it last night...because it goes down 8AM my time.

Last night I get a last minute call to come hang out with folks, and I end up spending the night. All of a sudden, right before I go to sleep, I remember that I got shit caught up in the "system"...but I just let it ride, hoping somehow shit works out.*

This morning I wake up, happen to check the phone...7:22. Go for it. Hop up out the bed, turn swag on, etc, I'm in the car, on the road, gone........until I hit the freeway. Apparently there's something called morning rush hour traffic, don't know when that started.

So I probably wasted away 5 minutes going 20 and all that shit, stop and go. Eventually I make the executive decision: hop my solo ass on the HOV lane, and hope for the best. So I'm flying, 80 on 65, illegally in the lane reserved for carpool, shaving time. And even then, my GPS tells me I'm arriving at 8:01.

Alright, still flying, still flying, slide over about a mile before my exit, navigate, hit the local roads, get to the code on my gate....boop boop boop no good....and again....again...about 5 times. Finally it randomly works. Get home, run in...thank you God that I left myself logged in.

So I basically risked my life, traffic tickets, strained my car, stressed myself, all so that I didn't lose the items you see above, and a couple of sneak tools...lmao. I'm pretty sure I had dbox'd my Blau(and I knew that Khroma Ore was up on AH), so hopefully either I didn't, or I did but I retrieved it a while ago...that would be the greatest fail ever to save Hi-ethers and lose 2 Mil.

*No, I didn't get pussy, head, becky, NOTHING....woulda been a waste.

I don't think items in AH or D. Box matter for servers that are the host server so Sylph will be fine as Fairy is the server that is merging to Sylph, not the other way around.
