    Eh, probably being sensational for the sake of it, but it was such a beautiful premise and I realized I'd spent days turning the book upside-down and up to mirrors and checking footnotes and all that other nonsense only to be left feeling it was a gimmick.

    I'm at the point where a coupl people have died and I can't even remember if they came back out yet but I can't bring myself to finish it
