the host I was leeching the gif from locked me out so I just changed it today
WoT would probably be a lot better (and a lot shorter than 12 books going on fucking 14) if RJ hadn't taken a page to describe every mile traveled and three pages to describe what everyone was wearing every day.
http://www.tor.com/index.php?option=...=blog&id=13372 <-- best thing ever if you want to relive Wheel of Time without actually having to sit through that fricken tedious writing XD
ya I remember those books being really fucked up, I think the adult version of those books was like Dean Koontz stuff and I only read like one or two of his books and was turned off
the real life psycho / suspense shit was never fun for me, but the ubergory and graphic fantastical shit was my bread and butter
and man I spent like two hours online on TOR and Amazon and shit trying to find this old TOR horror book I read and I couldn't find shit, so bummed. I remember really liking this book but for some reason never followed up on the author
I remember goosebumps haha
I laugh at the babysitter's club but then again i read like 100 hardy boys before maturity kicked in and I was like hey.. why is Chet missing again >.<
Kahlan is Chet, prove me wrong
F*CK GOODKIND
I really hate him so much -- you know, I think Goodkind is the one author I may actually write some hatemail to
oh wtf
I do not get the logic of the library, they only have Thousandfold Thought which is the third book by Bakker
howie i would cosign but it's been so long since i read his travesty of paper wastage so I wouldn't know what to aim at![]()
I much, much, much prefer a physical, holdable, pageturnable book.
that being said I am still DLing
>_>
As do I.
For RPG books, being able to leaf through pages and keep on some with your finger, is something a PDF can't do well, shit is slow and laggy even on a good comp.
But sometimes, you want to read something rightfuckingnowgoddamnit, and it's 3am and everything is closed. And that's the beauty of the internet.
You guys are going to piss yourselves, oh god, I'm actually super-vicariously excited that you'll actually be reading it. I don't even know where my copy of the first book is, this is a series that I've shipped back and forth across the country making people people read it, I think Zeith has my copies atm
