The thought of a man unable to wear a regular shirt without stretching out the arms/chest is a really, really good thing.

As far as lingerie, there really (imo) isn't an equivalent for men. The closest thing I can think of is an underwear bulge (and filling out the seat too, :Q). It's doesn't have to be purchased at a "sexy unmentionables" store to be sexy, it's sexy in its own way (just like men don't HAVE to shave to be sexy, scruffy can be sexy too.)
