Didnt SE supposedly up the drop rates about 2 years ago in Salvage? Wiki says this guy has a 4% drop rate. I have TH4 on this guy about 80% of the time too and he never drops machas coat. This is beyond ridiculous now...

Also, SE didn't claim to buff Arrapago/Zhayolm drop rates. They just said they upped SSR drop rates and made Mad Bomber up 100% of the time iirc.

Salvage isn't a short-term venture. Be thankful you can kill QQTH 4 times in one run. His drop rate seemed about the same as SSR NMs pre-patch, and you can only kill each of them once per run.
