For those not in the know, the Wendy's around here sold these keychain tags for $1 each from January-February, which if you show it each time you go to Wendy's you get a free Jr. Frosty. It only works in the Philly tri-state area though and I've been giving mine away to avoid getting fat(ter) off of them.
