    Trauma Team (Atlus)

Weird I never noticed this until just now

6 diff doctors with different roles. Looks like only 4 of the 6 are shown at this time.

    Surgery:

    Forensics:

Bit different from Trauma Center in a point-and-click adventure style, but knowing Atlus it is probably going to be fantastic

Diagonsis and First Response are missing. Wonder how that'll play out

Atlus just needs to gimme some new Ogre Battle action and be done with it. Give me an Ogre Battle 64-styled MMO!

Holy crap @ the forensics one. I didn't even think she was the woman from Second Opinion.

Also, why do I have a feeling that the final operation/mission/whatever will be the actual person who was responsible for the crime the surgeon is being accused of.

I read a preview for the game and they said that for Diagnosis you are essentially playing as anime House.

And that First Response is big on quick timing (no shit) and that you may have to juggle several patients at once in some missions.

Guessing that'll have the timer which they took out of Surgery. If it is anything as tedious as the multiple patient missions from previous Trauma Centers then that is going to be hell XD

Urgh, don't remind me of multiple patients. I hated how hard the one was in New Blood where you had to aid those 5 war victims. It wouldn't be that bad if the burn patients didn't take forever.

Yeah, burns were more annoying than X1 : Kyriaki in the original DS game IMO. Nothing pissed me off more in TC than getting the last graph on a burn just for it to break open and bleed, and lose all my graphs I put on it.

Speaking of X missions I never got past the first X mission in New Blood, when you need to kill both of those fully grown Cheirs the difficulty goes through the roof since they slash the organ up in no time.

Trauma Center 2 for DS had some ridiculous X missions that took me some weeks to finish (going on and off with school). New Blood's last mission X is pretty tough too, one mess up and that was pretty much it and Cardia went crazy with the tumors when it aoe'd.

Can't say I remember the first X mission in New Blood though I'll have to go play them again before this one comes out

UtK 2's X1 was annoying. Kyriaki are even worse in that one.

Sorry for the bump, but since this wasn't updated with Diagnosis and First Response thought I'd do it as well as posting the other 4:

    Surgery:

    Endoscopy:

    Orthopedics:

    Forensics:

    First Response:

    Diagnosis:

Diagnosis and Forensics look fun. First Response looks hard since I choke up on multiple patients.

Sucks the game was pushed back to May 18th

I hear the game isn't going to have that retarded invisible-monsters-cutting-your-organs unrealistic bullshit that the first games did, so I will definitely give it a try

It's a 3rd party wii title, which means I pretty much have to play it!

You're right, the game will be a bit more accurate medial wise. No GUILT or Stigma.

No GUILT or Stigma, just a supernatural twist with talking to ghosts.

This is good news. I was really enjoying Trauma Center 2 until all of a sudden PGS! Neo-GUILT! Haven't picked it back up since midway through chapter 6.

Last operation in UtK2 is pretty hot for a GUILT mission.

Okay just passed the first Forensics level. Quick run through of how forensics plays out.

You go to 3 different areas throughout a mission.

    1. Office
-This is where you put pieces of evidence together, you use your computer to drag "evidence cards" (that's what I call them) and stack them on something else if you think they have a relation with another card. If you make an incorrect guess it won't hurt your life bar.

-You can send things to "Little Guy" for more detail, he will only accept certain things. Once again, if you make an incorrect guess, nothing bad happens.

-Listen to recordings sent to you by "Little Guy" basically the recording will have multiple segments and you need to select the right segment for the question you're trying to find an answer for. Incorrect guess won't harm you.

    -Can save the game here.

    2. Evidence Room
-Can examine the victims body and clothing for clues, that's pretty much it.

    3. Crime Scene
-This is where you examine the crime scene, it plays out similar to the Ace Attorney games here. You can zoom in and examine something to see if it's a clue. Later you gain access to tools to help you find hidden things. Like that chemical to find trace blood stains.

Pretty much once you find certain clues or place 2 clues together you'll have to answer a question or series of questions. This is where you can hurt your health bar, each incorrect guess takes off half a heart and you have five total. So that means 10 mistakes ends the mission. If you do happen to fail you'll continue where you last saved with your entire health bar restored, so in short save frequently.

During the question/answer series you'll notice some stars on the bottom of a card. Once all the stars are filled up it will be classified as "solid evidence" and glow gold. Solid evidence doesn't have a use until the end of the mission.

Once you have all the solid evidence you need you'll go through one last series of questions/answers. This time selecting one of your solid evidence cards. Once you use up all your cards the case is over.

Also for another little fun fact about "Little Guy"...
    Spoiler: show
Little Guy is actually Naomi's assistant in Trauma Center: Second Opinion when she was working as a member of Delphi producing and researching GUILT

EDIT: Also, for difficulty settings there's only 2 difficulties. These only effect the surgical levels, they don't effect Forensics or Diagnostics from the looks of it.
