Don't waste it in town like the rest of us did! Go test some aggro! Or just use it on a lvl 1 job and run outside near some orcs/quads/yags.

Mobs still agro.. there seemed to be a delay though, I was rather close as well on a hearing mob, might have some kind of stealth effect as well?

I don't think search.twitter does milliseconds, and people were answering those questions fast, so it'd be hard for them to do top 5 for sure.

I'm glad they seem to have at least tried to do the right thing here. Bravo SE :D

I don't get this. I log into playonline normally (like I am about to go play FFXI). I click on the mail icon, and click Send/Receive. I am never asked for a password.

When I swapped from my old computer to my new one I failed to input it, the password is also different from my POL password so...yar, I cant access that until I get the Mail password.

Edit: nvm, worked around it also won!

Some people came in top 5 several times, so they probably got omitted after their first win and everyone else got bumped up one on later questions.

2 hours, it just wore for me. It also didn't wear when I zoned, changed job and zoned again. Nor did it wipe when I was retraced or tele'd.

Does it only send to your POL email or do they also send to the one on your POL account or SE account? My POL mailbox was full, I haven't checked it in over 2 years, and JP POL mail accounts get tons of spam for no reason. I just got Outlook Express configured to check it, since Thunderbird refuses to, and I had ~500 messages in my box, some dated today, and a bunch dated 2008 or earlier. POL's email client sucks only being able to store 100 messages at a time, meaning I can't download them all at once.

Anyone know how to set PlayOnline email accounts up to be checked without POL Viewer? I did it back on my 1999 Bondi iMac, with a version of Outlook Express from 2000, it refuses to work on my Windows version from 2005, giving me an error of "-ERR APOP first: don't use USER/PASS". Thunderbird is giving the same error.

It's definitely only going to the POL mail, sadly. Good thing I never used it for a single thing and get no spam.

P.S. Doing serious cutscenes wearing the beret is hilarious. :D

I don't know how I'm getting so much spam, and it's all in Japanese. I only used the email for a little while as contact infor for my PSBBN guide, on the guide itself. That should have targeted English spam bots, not Japanese ones. There's a gap in the messages in my box from today to mid-2009. If I got the email sent for the code, looks like I lost it. Can't tell if I was within the winners they picked.

Mine doesn't auto Send/Receive and I'd never have checked it.

weird glitch on the costume... i think

i used it inside an Ein chambeer, and when i warped out the costume was gone.. but i think the movement speed remained..

then when i zoned the costume blinked in for a sec and disappeared.. zoned again, it came back...
