It would also depend on how the magian quest works. Atm concordia is weak but if they focus on newer items getting better buffs from it with better(not shitty) evolith the concordia could be useful.

Tkerun on Bismarck has an Acc+6 Hagun, acc+4 chr+3 or 4 flame ring

(and when I saw him he was fulltiming gorget, mkd hat with str+6 wsacc+15, enkidu pants, white tath, usu feet/body and hachiman kote+1 with dex+1 augment >_> seemed like a bit much STP)
