If it were like 30 HP it might be substantial enough to celebrate, but 9 is like whoopty fucking shit in my book.
He's asking how spellcast would differentiate between two different Attila's Earrings, not how to make a rule for Chivalry. lol
I don't think there's a way for normal or Windower macros to differentiate between two items with the same name (people trying it with stuff like Fay staffs for smn, one for idle, for one pacts, game just macro'd random ones in). I doubt there's a way for Spellcast too either.

I spotted this in Bastok last night. Goodbye Sorcerer's Belt (+Macc is one of the possible augments here)?
I actually use the HP+20 on Sorc belt to proc Sorc Ring. Enmity is also never something you want to add to your BLM. I'd stick to Sorc Belt personally.
Oh... I see. Yes, if you didn't get + enmity and got magic accuracy, that could be pretty awesome. How come it doesn't say that INT can go up to 6 in your quote?
From update notes ^^The maximum attribute values, as well as the chance of receiving high-attribute augments have been increased. The chances of receiving augmented items as a reward have also been raised.

Didn't know that was possible; str on a str ring. Belt was MMM one, had mnd+2, MDB+1, Fast Cast+1.
From final ACP Fight
Found this on some cat in Jeuno
