If you're capped acc or don't have Pcc yes .. and Dex is a mod too

I have PCC yes, but with the DEX conversion you're getting 8 acc with 1 handers, plus whatever little bit of crit too I assume... and the bonus 2 atk. Outside the jobs I have sea gorgets on I wonder if this would be a better choice or not...

Can farm a PCC faster than you'd get this. Really shouldn't be a valid excuse these days anyway.

Between PCC, Sea Gorgets, Torques and Kubira Bead, this is fairly useless.
