That Warwolf belt is bad, but interesting, cause I thought the only haste augment was from ASA final fight key (Also waist)
Doesn't mean shit really unless you can get 4+ on it (Which you can with ASA key) but is still interesting.
Highest on a Warwolf ive seen is +3. I think it's safe to say 4-5 are in the realm of ASA onry.
The belt is good for unstacked Sneak Attack! lol.
One of my lucky LS buddies got +3 evasion and +2 enmity on a Forager's Mantle, pretty nice considering he has NIN leveled. I lost the pic when I cleaned out my screenshots folder.

if the average hits is less than 4/hit, and adding a second weapon less doubles the delay exactly, it is worth it
kc/oc would satisfy both i think
But you have to think about more than just double delay / double number of attacks. While /NIN will allow you to calculate for dual wield, effectively lowering delay, you have to think about the 5% haste lost from not being able to /DRG, and the fact that haste has drasticly increasing returns near cap, unlike dual wield.
Does DWing Octave/Kracken limit the number of rounds per hand? or just the total?
For example, if the max number of hits per round is 8, then what happens if you hit 8 strikes on your main hand? Will you not attack with your offhand?
Or is each hand reduced to a max of 7 hits?
Or is the 8hit cap worked out as max 4hits per hand if dual-wielding.
If it's the latter then surely you;re DWing two 1-4 hit weapons instead of one 1-8 hits, which is the same average numbers of round (4) with just more delay.
If it's limited to 7hits per hand (in order to always allow at least 1 offhand hit, then how is that calulated? Is it done:
First hand: Chance at 7 hits, Second hand: limited to just 1 because of the 7 chances on the main hand.
Or
First hand chance at 1 hits, Second hand: limited to 7hits minus the number of hit attempts on main hand?
And I guess on top of that your offhand can still proc 1-7 times depending on hit attempts on mainhand? Or is it something silly like even if you only get a 4hit proc you're offhand is still limited to one hit as you "could" have gotten 7 hits?
Weskit with +18 fire resist. Starting to think SE removed INT+6![]()
