Depends on total dex. 5Dex could give 3 Acc or 4 Acc. If the latter, then it's equal.

But more importantly: It's shinier. Those +4 Rings look so gimp.

Just looking at that set though, is he really that bad? Ignoring the dex ring (put that down to town gear) it looks like a good Kings Justice Set, right?

So my statement was poorly worded, but I can't understand where Pchan is coming from on this. If he's going to say that about a dex/acc ring, then why not about every Toreador's drop that everyone posts too? Get acc in one slot, swap it out in another for more str/attack/whatever, keep same acc but higher on everything else, win. Or do people not use meat on anything anymore ever or something? >.>;

First you need to fight something that requires > 18.
