1v1 ceramic armor looks better; but if your K : D is above 1 then the chances of magnum helping you increase.

edit: who knows the equation to the marksman challenge? I figure points = yards/10 but I'm not sure.

good to know. ive been switching between recon and medic and i love out-sniping other snipers and dodging their shots. feels good man.

I'm doing a bit better now that i unlocked the XM8. Jesus that thing rips shit. I'm scoring in the 1600 - 2500 range really consistently now.

Was messing around with the Mortar Strike yesterday. Wow is that thing fucking awesome. The other team had pulled up with a "light tank" (one that holds 4 people) trying to take a flag I was scouting on recon. I mortared that motherfucker and blew it up with 1 strike. I got a ridiculous amount of points for it too which was nice.

- 4 Kills (+ Bonus for Flag Defense)
- 3 Damaged Vehicle Bonuses
- 1 Vehicle Destroyed Bonus


My favorite thing to do on Recon is take out engineers as they are trying to fix the vehicles lol. Dudes will hop out of the tank thinking they are in a safe spot, and I just plink em right in the head haha. Can't wait to get the better SR's though.

Still getting used to the gravity since I aim too high from using the gustav all the time

I'm no expert, and probably reading the chart wrong. But I figured I would ask.

Judging by the chart Magnum Ammo does nothing for that gun.

The amount of shots to kill is exactly the same w/ or w/o the magnum ammo. Is the chart incorrect or am I missing something more important here lol?

Yup, same one. Mine got like 67 & i have ~120 total. (single)

Tbh, It's a safety net. If they're by medics or super far away, it takes extra shots. I've taken 5 hits on someone with ceramic armor + heathkit without the magnum ammo. I'd rather have overkill than underkill. And like most games, the damage charts don't mean shit in a real scenario.

Well, you can get 5 from 1 person but when you are looking @ your stats, it's shown as "single" & "total". ( where total = the real amount of times you did knife someone, even if it's 10x the same guy )

Forgot to mention:

Last night I finally ran into a few squad members using microphones. My last couple matches of the night everyone on the squad had one.

Man what a fucking difference it makes with not only points at the end of the round, but just overall game play in general.

I didn't loose a single match for 2 straight hours, and got the Best Squad Bonus every time. I only died a few times in those couple hours as well because I had medics constantly throwing health packs down (was working on engineer last night).
