Trouble connecting to FF and various sites

So my net is working, but when I try to log onto POL it gives the no network message, and I can't get onto my LS site, or the site for my school. I'm able to stream from justin.tv, so I'm a bit confused as to what is going on.

So I tried to use some of the same sites that aren't working on xp, on the mac side of my PC and still can't use those sites. I'm guessing something is wrong with my router/modem/isp?

Took care of the problem, but yet more have risen. I'm currently on the mac side of things, where the internet works fine, the IP is good and everything. When I switch over to PC the IP is private, and I can't connect to the web, any clues on what I can do to solve that issue?

Also, wondering if any of you have played FF using parrellels, I tried it once, but it was horribly slow, even with SNES graphic settings, anyone have better results?
