Only boss I found a bit difficult was Yunalesca only because you really couldent level up that much at that point. I knew that if you had Yuna's Holy spell by that point Yunalesca was cake ( 9000 Holy's every round sweet. )

Uh, Tales of Eternia was the first to do so.
Nereid is a bitch and a half on hardcore.

I actually lost my first try though it would have been smarter for me to actually have beat the game on hard first rather than exploiting a glitch to unlock hardcore before fighting her.

Either way, my butt got stomped.

There have been a few other instances of buttrape in Tales games and Star Ocean 3.
Doesn't happen often though.
