not really, this isn't even row row fight the powa. the power's weren't being fought as far as the rules as stated are concerned.

everyone in spam, who knows what the fuck, knows that spoiler tag abuse thing was about the pyramid thing you can do with the tags. the rule is about "hey that might damage the forum, don't do it" it wasn't about spoiling a game/movie/show. this point is backed up by the full reading of the rule.

it's not about me making up my mind about what i want it to mean, that's what the rule is actually about.

thus, someone was banned, not even warned, for NOT breaking the rules of spam.

the level of leniency in spam has been really high, almost everything is ignored in it. the last time I cleaned something up was somebody spoilering dexter season finale recently, which made a lot of people really happy, but now when its done for a game that isnt going to be super popular but was still important to some people, your whining about it.

there are rules in spam, they are super lenient, you are changing your interpretation of them for your own benefit, but to make things easier I did clarify the rules but the temp ban stands. if kiarax hadnt have reposted the spoiler right after it was removed, there wouldnt be a problem, but he did, he made his bed, now he can sleep in it
