I think the commish does a good enough job of being tough on players in the NFL who act like idiots off the field. I wish he could take a stronger stance. If any of us did what Ben did our lives would be ruined. If it were up to me he'd never step foot on an NFL field again. This is where the CBA is just stupid :/

There's a shit ton of difference between legal trouble and publicity trouble. Just like the rest of this fucked up case, it'll turn into a case of he said, she said.

That's a fucking horrible alibi... if the chick was drunk before Ben ( saw her (like you said), then the prosecutors could argue that he had bad intentions by leading her to the bathroom with him. underage or not, he was still up to some shady shit.
