In other words... If a guy is in a 21+ club and buys a few drinks for 19 year olds, but nothing winds up happening (no alleged raped), would it be possible him to be charged with supplying alcohol to minors. To which the answer would be no because it would be the club's fault for allowing minors in.

100% truth. I have a friend that had to register as a sex offender about a year ago because of this VERY thing. He and the girl he ended up fucking met at a "grown and sexy" party at a club for 25+, she turned out to be a week away from 17 and he was prosecuted and convicted in one fell swoop.

Feel free to do a controlled experiment and report your findings (along with your mugshot) to BG legal.

It's not really as simple as you guys are making it out to be. You actually do have a legal right to assumptions in circumstances. The bar is legally obligated to only allow anyone over 21. If you go to a club, you cannot be thrown in jail if you buy a girl a drink without IDing her. It's not, however, the obligation of the bar to ID women for sex, so the bar cannot be held accountable. Not that it matters, the girl wasn't 16.

On the flip side, if you go to a restaurant that serves alcohol, and you order a beer and give it to a minor, you can be charged.
