At Monday's Organized Team Activity practice, Buehler kicked in front of the media for the first time since last season. He made three out of four attempts during drills with the team, and he made six out of seven attempts while practicing with kicking consultant Chris Boniol.

Working with Boniol, Buehler missed a kick from 59 yards, but made his next attempt from that distance. All of his attempts were between 45 and 59 yards.

For him going from worse than folk (who missed like 3/4 about halfway through the season between 30-40 in practice) to this in half an off season sounds promising.

Folk fucked up his hip sometime before last season, I'd bet most of his problems stemmed from that. At some point he lost his confidence though and just got worse.

Even if Buehler fails at field goal kicks, he is still a beast of a kickoff specialist (lead league in touchbacks) and special teams player.

specialized kickers are wastes of roster spots. why the fuck would you need a specialized version for a position that's already fucking "special"

are your scouts so horrible that they can't find a kicker that can kick field goals AND kick off? holy shit
