Read something today that predicted a Cowboys-Ravens SB...not reputable by any means, but I will slit my wrists if the Cowboys get a home game for the Super Bowl.
Incidentally both of those teams are looking relatively solid this year, but I just know that something is going to go wrong with both of them and that neither will end up making it to the big game.
I could see the Ravens easily, that offense should be sick and they've improved alot on defense and as noted on draft day and beyond, the Ravens as always have a sick draft.
Im still not sold on our oline till I get to see them actually play, Im still worried about our LT, not sure how Free is going to hold up and I really dont know much about Alex Barron. If our oline holds up and plays well, we'll have a great chance to have a very good season. Still yet to see if we can keep our RB's healthy and MB needs to prove he can get a yard again when it counts.
All that said we have plenty of questions that need to be answered, one thats most important, can Miles Austin play well against a team that isnt the Chiefs or the Lions and have another consistent year.
stop being an intelligent cowboys fan, dammit
Ravens are going to get lit the fuck up by any team with 2 decent wideouts.
I think it's Lane Kiffin's mission in life to piss off the entire state of Tennessee:

RIP Bill Cowher's wife. Bill was an iconic member of the Pittsburgh community, even if he did return to North Carolina following his retirement, and thats got to be so hard on him - he's still relatively young, and his kids just moved out of the house, and to lose his wife to cancer at mid-age has to be a heartbreaker. I'm sure they're going to be in town til their college work resumes next month, but thats going to be an awfully lonely time when he's alone in that house come September and I hope hes okay. Couldn't think of a less deserving person to lose his wife before old age to such a horrible disease.

I'm worried slightly less about Free and more worried about Alex Barron mostly because he wasn't exactly stellar when he played on the rams, and what if Free doesn't work out to how we thought he was going to be, or he gets injured (or anyone on the Oline for that matter). Free played well on the rightside when he was called in for. And before anyone calls shit on the Vikings game, half the time Witten was blocking Jared Allen for some retarded reason, and it was Colombo that played like shit.
Austin proved he can play against top corners in the league and still get 100~ yards, what he needs to worry about is this years consistency. Teams are going to key on him moreso, which will open up either opportunity for Dez or the TEs. As for the RBs, if they are all healthy--watch out shits gonna be crazy. I head they are trying to incorporate slant routes into FJ's Repertoire so that'd be awesome, and he bulked up a bit. MB dropped a few pounds and "looks faster". Yeah whatever take that with a grain of salt. Choice will be money as always.
I'm really worried about the 4th corner situation. I think that Ball can play safety. He played well during the times that Hamlin was injured, but he can't play FS and 4th corner. If Jenkins/Scandrick/Newman go out, we ain't got jack shit after them besides Ball (in which case, Mike Hamlin moves up to FS--noones seen him play and he was redshirted as a rookie due to a broken arm). That's the most worrying thing about the team besides Beuhler, but if we make TDs we don't have to worry about that. Worst comes to worst we trade Marty B for Esteban to kick FGs for us amirite.
Leroy copy/pasta'd and combined a previous Kyo and Striker post lol.
Except for this:
He disappeared in the playoffs and you know it, he didnt do shit against top corners. Hell his coming out party was versus the goddamn Chiefs lol. The Saints all but blanked his ass out and versus the Vikes he was in complete ghost mode.Austin proved he can play against top corners in the league and still get 100~ yards
Here are his 100 yard games last year:
139 vs NO (Ill give him this one)
104 vs the most fucked secondary in the NFL; Giants.
145 vs the lolRaiders and whoever their other CB was.
171 vs Atlanta's very very sub par secondary
250 vs the joke of the NFL Chiefs.
Now, where are these top tier corners you're talking about? He has 5 games where he didn't even get 50 yards receiving lol, and had 1 catch. No he wasn't doubled, so don't even try to pull that shit. He is a decent number 3 receiver but you're talking like dude is a fucking stud or some shit. Here you go, ill post the link so you can see with your own eyesYou were doing good until you pulled that shitty stat card.

Correction, 6 games with less than 50 yards receiving and yes, im talking about career because had I just used last season then he would have been good for only 2 games. Im throwing you a bone, dont blow it nig.
Edit: Yo man, click that link and check your man's gum line out. Goddamn, his grill is fuuuucked up.
I was referring to Raiders. Whatever you wanna say about the lolraidazzz, Nmandi is considered one of the top CBs in the league. I thought he had more (around 90~) versus some above average CBs as well. And to say that a guy that gets 1300 yards is "good for a number 3" is retarded and you know it, stop trolling.
92 yds against philly (good defense, ask skirkle), 90 vs Wash, I forget how good their secondary is, it may be shit it might not bad, I honestly have no idea, then 83 against philly. I said 100~ not >100.
Also 3rd most yards out of any receiver in the league and he didn't start until the 4th game.
Besides butchering Nnamdi's name youre wrong. I remember in that thread about how Asomugha was switching between Witten and Stonehands (Which baffled me), because if you know one thing about Nnamdi its that he only plays RCB![]()
Austin was lined up on the left while Stonehands sorry ass was right and lined up as the Z receiver. Stonehands was still considered the "go to WR" at that time and was primarily lined up on the same side as Witten and lined up as a flanker so that Nnamdi wouldn't jam and rape him at the line. Trust me, I pay close attention to WR's mainly because that position is the one I played for a long time. Im not denying Austin got off, but it goddamn sure wasnt against Asomugha. He was smoking Chris Johnson iirc and fucking up Michael Huff, who is another Mr Overrated from the University of Texas.
I mean if you're going to suck dick, at least get your facts right because you best believe that im paying attention like a motherfucker. Getting off versus Chris Johnson isnt the same as getting off against Nnamdi Asomugha lol, so lets not get that twisted.
