Why would that even be remotely interesting to anybody outside of Miami, nobody will care if they can scrounge back up to .500 or not.

He wants to play. He has said he still wants to play this year. His ankle hasn't responded well to surgery. He doesn't think it will be good enough to play on, if his ankle heals up enough to play he will be back, if it doesn't he won't. Either way Vikings should have been developing someone not named Tarvaris Jackson or Joe Webb.
