There was a discussion on which team had the best receiving corps and I believe someone said that the Eagles were top 5.
I'd venture to say they're most likely tops in the NFC East and probably a close second behind the Colts.
Half of the problems last year were horrible throws from McNabb that receivers had to make tough catches around the ankles, behind them, etc that lead to more drops.
So far in camp Jason Avant (probably the best hands in the league) has caught 80 passes in competitive drills with out a single drop.
If the Eagles pick up Mawae (I hope they do, their C position isn't looking great) they could be a huge threat.

a couple deep threats and brent celek are not that special.
i would take the vikes, bengals, and cowboys groups over them all day
and motherfuckin GREEN BAY NIGGA
Yeah nigga. Dez oden, best TE in the league, Best WR in the league and Ogletree=top 5.
Seen this discussion on the jets forums. I think it's green bay, although Indy could be as well.
I mean, do you really want to get into a discussion over receiving corp, then talk about QBs? And you know that passing point is moot considering well... the eagles have a fucking ratio of 100:0 of Pass:run.
Eagles might switch schemes since Kolb is more of a West Coast QB than McNabb, and so DJax might not be as dominant (which I doubt, since he's so fast that he can turn a 7-yard catch into a 50-yard gain easily). I think Maclin's going to have an expanded role in the offense this year, too, and definitely Avant. Vikings have an awesome receiving corps, if Favre comes back they'll be even better. Green Bay is an anomaly because none of their receivers are household names so I tend to forget that they're good. Cowboys have Miles Austin, whom I would LOVE to see exposed as overrated this year, Granite Hands, and an unproven rookie. I have to give you guys Witten though, unfortunately.
two old wide receivers that can still compete with desean jackson and jeremy maclin.
the unproven rookie on dallas has the potential to do what maclin did last year, and austin had better numbers than djax in 6 less starts.
eagles receivers are good but come on bro
Don't catch 1300 yards to get called overrated.
chiefs bro
Djax is overrated btw. What did he do when he played against Newman and Jenkins, two shitty CBs.
