Last place teams have a history of taking it the following year though, so you can't totally sleep on em'.

Yeah, but even if everything goes right for them(Freeman, rookie WRs, and rookie DTs play great), they are still the worst team in the division. The scenario would have to involve Brees and Matt Ryan getting hurt, and even then it's questionable since Patrick Ramsey and John Parker Wilson are closet studs.

Can't decide if preseason helps satisfy a little bit of that football craving or if it's just blue ball city.

The "every other year" thing is going to be broken this year, no way the Bucs win the division. Ok well I guess there is a way, I just don't see it happening.

Anything can happen in football, but I don't either. My expectations are to hover right around .500, I'll be pleased if we end up 8-8.

I've been a SD fan for the last several years, although if Favre returns I think I'll pull for the Vikings to win it all. I enjoy watching both teams play and those fans deserve a title lol.

And preseason is just a cock tease. You can't believe anything you see even when the starters are on the field. I hate it with a passion.

More like a blind date that you plan to meet at the restaurant and you see that she looks like a fuckin sea donkey thru the window so you bail. I can't watch preseason. I already know what to expect. No one wants to get hurt, especially during games that don't matter. Starters play 1-2 drives then the rest of the game is the scrubs fighting for a roster spot. Week 1 is when the model bitches start putting out. Fuck preseason.

Well, I am excited about getting a look at our draft class, particularly Clausen and Edwards.

As for starters though, not so much. Our offense isn't going to have Otah, Smitty, or Stewart. Going to be a bit watered down without 3 of our studs.
