fair enough. If you had asked me about him during the season my response would have been close to yours, I might just be numb to him at this point.

What the fuck are you talking about leroy? Are you just ignorant? What does Pennington's injury have to do with helping to develop talent?
Fuck all that throwing motion shit, tebow needs to just do work on his 40 so he can be a top ten pick and become a raider.
That's not necessarily the case. Some teams keep experienced vets around to help younger quarterbacks in their development, even though they no longer have any business being on the field. Young athletes (especially coming from successful college programs) are sometimes more open to taking advice from a "peer" than a coach. Jon Kitna's parlayed 1 decent year into a career for this reason. It's part of the reason Warner was kept in AZ after they drafted Leinart as well.
And Favre would have made an interesting case in GB backing up Rodgers...if he wasn't still more talented than #12!
Kitna mentored so many QBs lol.
I wish he'd come back to Cincy to get Carson comfortable again.
Out of range for 100 yard games too
No worries, knowing how my Bills work, they'll take Tebow with the 9th pick. Also keep an eye out for which coordinator gets fires right before the season, since we'll prolly need a new coach again.
Ushering in another decade of mediocrity.
Ronnie brown arrested for DUI
There goes Miami's #1 QB.

If the new OT rule passes we should call it "The Favre Rule".
So yeah, speaking of 'The Favre Rule"..
aka "The Manning Rule". God did they get hosed in the 08-09 playoffs.
Good, glad this rule passed.
