Aki, the way it was, if you won the coin toss, you played for three. Get within the 35-40yd line, run till it's 4th down, kick field goal and win. Now at least you run the risk of being too conservative. I've always hated sudden death in the NFL, always will.

It makes sense to not have the rules be different for the playoffs than the regular season, it would be nice to have it all the same. Otherwise, we might not see these rule changes for several years. Personally, I liked the "First time to score 6 in OT" proposal myself.

Was that the exact quote? I can't remember. All I remember is every time it's brought up, I'm laughing.

Probably not the exact words, but I'm sure he said something along the lines of it.

    E: I was damn close.

That was an epic OT game. Al Harris was not hearing that shit. What I remember most about that game was that it was so cold that during the post game interview they were asking Al Harris about that pick and he hat snot flowing down his lip and dripping off of his upper lip.

    That shit was not cash.

Al Harris is a boss. He used to go to this Jamaican club near my house called White Noise. My dad used to see him in VIP all the time and had a couple drinks with him once.

Edit: And he's a fucking stick IRL. Idk if you guys remember a player named Arturo Freeman (played for the Dolphins) , but they used to hang out together and Freeman isn't that big but he made Harris look like a damn highschool player.

He went to college in Kingsville, TX so my wife saw him out and about back when he was still playing in school. Al is no joke.

    Welcome to the NFL tebow!

As we've mentioned once or twice, quarterback Tim Tebow's habit of openly expressing his religious beliefs could potentially rub folks the wrong way, especially in a locker room of grown men who choose to keep their beliefs to themselves, who don't share his beliefs at all, and/or who only want to hear "God bless" after they have sneezed.

We're told that Tebow already has gotten a taste of the resistance he might face at the next level.

At the Scouting Combine, the Wonderlic exam is administered to players in groups. The 12-minute test is preceded by some brief instructions and comments from the person administering the test.

Per a league source, after the person administering the test to Tebow's group had finished, Tebow made a request that the players bow their heads in prayer before taking the 50-question exam.

Said one of the other players in response: "Shut the f--k up." Others players in the room then laughed.

We're not passing judgment on this one; we're just passing along what we've heard. And it illustrates the type of challenges that could be faced by the team that drafts Tebow.

That said, some teams might embrace those challenges. The final decision will depend largely on the composition of the team, and the personalities of the coach, the G.M., and the owner.

Not to be racist, but cash money a black guy said this. Sounds like the hood nigga shit I hear everyday outside @ Marcy. While asking to pray before a50 question test is awkward, I assumed it was common practice still for some players to pray before games.

Then again it's also possible this is all a publicity stunt and gives me even more reason to hate Tebow.

2/3rd's of the league is black... way to go out on a limb there buddy

and a majority of the white dudes in the league are your typical romanowski/jared allen smart asses. it could have been anyone.

but who the hell cares what he looked like anyway? the guy's head is obviously in the right place. tebow needs to learn to sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up with all his 'holier than thou' bullshit.
