"Most people at my level feel he [McShay] is a joke," a veteran NFL scout told us via e-mail. "People in the league respect Kiper. He is not a true scout but he does work at it. I don't think he'll be there for Miami even if they did want him. They'll probably take a defensive back.

Only teams I could see taking him before 21 are Seattle, even though they need interior men on both sides of the ball, especially OL. Cleveland, even though they need defensive help and Holmgren may not take the chance on the diva shit, or J'Ville but they need a QB.

So apparently, the Giants open the first season game in the new stadium, and the Jets supposedly were getting to open the first preseason game + the first Monday Night season game.

Their first preseason opponents? The Giants. Oh NFL, how you troll me.
