McNabb went from not having anyone to throw to, to REALLY not having anyone to throw to.

and from not having an offensive line to REALLY not having an offensive line.
at least it isn't Oaktown
Oakland fans have to be so upset. They're still stuck with Jamarcus.
Although, they still have Gradkowski who we all know can ball
Can't believe they traded him to the Redskins of all teams. Let's see how much fun he has with no receivers (again) and a shitty O-Line.
Jamarcus is just a symptom. The real reason Oakland fans have to be upset is they're still stuck with Al Davis.
That might be deliberate. They might have traded him to a place they knew it would be very difficult for him to succeed, simply because if McNabb significantly outperforms Kolb, there's going to be a lot ruckus in Philadelphia. Although trading him to an in-division rival is definitely a surprise to me.Originally Posted by Akiyama
While I know you're just trolling, Kolb has the better skill set for the system that Andy Reid runs compared to McNabb. He's more accurate than McNabb so the west coast offense should start to come back. Look at what Jeff Garcia did when he got here after coming from scrubby teams.
This team is going on a youth movement, and while it's already really young on the offensive side, they're looking to get a lot younger on the D. Hence trading away Sheldon Brown (30yo and coming off good season statistically, but he was hampered by hamstring issues).
mcnabb + portis + LJ + fast willie parker = WTF SERIOUSLY, WTF
Gonna stop you right here. You're basing the whole Kolb vs McNabb on what exactly? The few games Kolb started? His college career? I'm not saying Kolb can't be similar to the Rodgers/Favre situation.. but Favre was in his late 30s. McNabb's the same age as Peyton Manning. I think Phily fans are silly to cheer for his trade, honestly. I hope McNabb proves them wrong.
Yeah.. imagine how bad they're gonna be when all four get hurt? Haha.
If you're going to trade him, trade him to the Raiders where he'll most likely fail. Don't trade him to in-division rivals that could very well beat you the next year.
And miz check yo PMs.
That's what I'm getting at. The team had it's huge success running the WC offense, which it hasn't done in probably a good 2 years. Kolb lost 1 game the saints game in his first ever start. He got thrown into a tough situation in the 2nd half of the Baltimore game because he had no reps with the first team.
I've been giving McNabb his credit since he was drafted and a lot of those NFC game losses were not entirely his fault. Granted he might not have lost them all, but he didn't do anything to win them either.
Just curious, what happens if you only have 2 active QBs on your roster and all 3 go out in a game with injuries?
