ITT: thinking you'll be brought to court on a sexual harassment case, win, and still keep your job as an average human being without anything special or vital to contribute to the company.

Statistics may prove me wrong, but afaik with larger corporations sexual harassment lawsuits, however frivolous, are usually settled out of court with both parties needing to find a new place to work.

If there is even a hint of a legal basis for a sexual harassment claim most companies save themselves the embarrassment and cost of representation that a trial requires, and settle out of court, usually with non-disclosure agreements attached.
