Yes i called they said i can do a ban complaint and the STF will review my account and my friends and it could take a couple weeks to hear back form it and i ship out in 2 weeks

I"m not making up using a trail account, it's installed and i can go into Delkfuts & K tunnel. On the main screen it has ever single expansion lit up.

NA players got a zilart code in the back of their books. i remember this very well as i (and i'm sure many others) have had the experience of a player not being able to enter korroloka for a worms party b/c they were too thick to follow the instructions in the book. it's possible this has changed more recently but i doubt it.

Yes, but starter disc and 14 day trial don't include Zilart. They don't include any expansion codes, though Starter Disc does install first 3 expansions if you tell it to, you just can't use them.

A friend of my girlfriend started a totally new character last month (bought the collection, not trial account), and she was unable to access the tunnel until entering the codes.

I think its possible OP may be mistaking trial account for the 30day free access on the ultimate collection, afaik trial accounts can't use expansions. that's the conclusion I've reached based on what he has said... regardless the way it has been worded is confusing at best...

Yeah I remember that quite well myself. I started on PS2 around when cop was released. One long string of code for each expansion. They changed it over the years with one universal code for every expansion and add on so you heard less bitching before level sync came out on "I can't get the Kazham airship quest".

I'm pretty sure you can still buy the ultimate collection with the 3 add ons and get the 14 day trial with a fresh code. I was just looking at it in Best Buy yesterday. You'll have all expans installed but weither or not you have access 14 day vs 30 day, idk the limitations by zone for each. I always assumed if you had them installed and registered that you had access to all areas.
