    I'll answer on behalf of my client.
    The leading theory is that another member who had his info found a keylogger, so we think it's a EGS job.
    HOWEVA
    There's another theory based on the fact that the character was transferred to Remora. And I hope to God it's this one, because I will promptly get banned from BG by spamming posts about it. Join me in crossing your fingers.

    Mostly other linkshell members...I used to have it months ago. I can think of 3, and I absolutely am willing to promise you that none of them would do this.

    if epics had his info (right LS i assume?) i 100% guarantee it was him that did it, also prepare to be lol'd at. can't trust anyone in ffxi, don't give your info out
