it's not accurate, since using ja0wait removes it can't be caused by server side stuff.. if there is a pause it's hard to account for and essentially negligible

never heard of ja0wait before tbh
edit: and if it's not a part of at least windower, you shouldn't have included it in your calculations, because not everyone will have access to it.
@Demos: it's in wiz and ffxi-app, not sure what else
i'm not saying it's required, i'm saying i know for a fact it removes the wait between spamming JAs so if there is a delay after using one then it's not server side.. which makes very little sense since melee delays ARE server side
if you're gonna use a relatively unproven theory to back up your hypothesis(which is based on nothing more than your gut feeling), may as well say soboro is useless because you won't be paying attention and wont ws as soon as you hit 100+
remember when people who used ffxiapp weren't tremendous faggots? yeah, neither do I.
packet bots to help you play a melee class, lol. if they don't fix this stupid shit for FF14 I won't even bother
I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure as long as you're macroing in an equip change to cancel the animation right away there's no delay. Doubt there's any need for bots or even the windower. It works 100% for JAs/Magic/WS to get past the lock up on movement/using other abilities in conjunction which is probably what causes the "JA/WS" weapon delay. That person isn't even providing proof anyways. You're talking about idiots spending too much time theory crafting with math (which I agree there are a lot of people who just use math and never actually put anything into practice) but you're talking about theory crafting with theories which is ridiculous.
P.S. hmmm, we really could just take the "lv99" right off the front of this thread atm, lol.

anyway... how do you guys think merits will fit into the new lv cap?
Erased?
not available until max lv?
an option available at lv75+, so you can xp or merit?
something else?
I can't see them pushing merits out to lv.99. It's a safe bet that you'll have exp/merit options once you hit 75.
They're going to add WS pause down merits
id be interested in meriting casting while moving and attacking while jaing so I can kill shit while I kill shit maybe even wsing while casting god id be awesome
Edit: Punctuation, formatting, and grammar removed .
please let it gooooooooooo
Excuse me if this was speculated before, but considering BLM will get Meteor and relic still has a 3rd Magian quest in the pipeline, what would the odds be of us getting Cosmic Eleduction (w/e), the lv4 skillchain on our relics (which should have been there in the first place imo) on our 3rd Magian quest? =D
If Meteor works out nicely for BLMs I could see it happen, considering Tenzen got to play with it in a lv75 cap, why not us at 99?
I'm not sure about relic only cosmic edulation, but it'd be great to see it result from the new top end weaponskills they're sure to add... Unless they plan 24 levels without learning a new weaponskill :/
Cosmic Elucidation isn't a real skillchain, it's Snoll Tzar's explosion with a bit of flavor text.
First off, it actually has an animation for Tenzen like he's using an ability, and second, he uses it after one of his WS (Amatsu: Tsukikage) regardless of whether it or any WS preceding it actually connected, and regardless of what WS preceded it.
Cosmic Elucidation will be Phoenix's 2hr BP for Smn. Maybe throw in some AoE raise at the same time. Mainly just to piss all the Sams expecting it.
@Pririan
Oh I didn't know that
@Konda
I doubt they'd let new WS's get it if they wouldn't even let mythics get self light. They'll add new WS's (think they even mentioned this) but I expect them to just fall under the current stuff. Maybe I'll finally get a way to make self dark instead of 2 options for self light.
