But there are lots of flavors of English, all with their own spellings and pronunciation. British, American, Australian, and Jamaican just to name a few. American is obviously the best form, but none are broken. Asking a language not to change is inane, and you Brits change your language just as much as we Americans change ours.

All I know is, I'm gonna hit 99 Blue Mage and probably have like 125 spells max to choose from [I think there's like 110 right now?]

Just thought of something, with the cap being increased to 99, and likely base stats increasing as well, Is it possible that race is actually going to be a deciding factor for some jobs? Or if not deciding, we'll start see (very) noticeable differences? Are Taru's going to be good at tanking and melee jobs? I'm sure gear will still allow them to hold their own but will endgame LS's start shunning them? What about Galka mages, or Elvaan BLM's?

I can't believe people are still whining over new content being placed into the game. This is the same crowd that bitches at SE (and rightfully so) for spending nearly 3 years on an expansion that might as well just given us the two new jobs and nothing else.

New. Fucking. Content. Said -lack- of new content is what drove so many away in recent years. If you don't like the idea of having your ebodys and salvage drops mitigated, then log the hell off.

Whiners need to be playing fucking Diablo II. You can kill big bosses there, sit around with online chatrooms there, the gear rarely upgrades once you hit the top, and you don't have to pay for it.

Most of the whiners have logged off and quit FFXI months ago. Their sole existance for being here on the boards is to whine so they dont have to come back.

I'll take my Elvaan BLM over a dead taru one that does +50 damage on nukes anyday. Wonder if they'll even break 1k HP with standard gear and mo merits at level 99, lol.
