Wasn't there rank missions up to rank 15? I wonder if they'll be released now?

There's dats up to rank 15 yes. You can see then if you do some searching in Altana View or a similar program most likely. From what I heard (idr if it was rumor or not) but it was said they're finishing the nations up to 15. We'll have to wait and see I guess.
I'm still pretty confident that those rank 11-15s will never see the light of day.
I doubt they will add any higher Combat rank then A+, they will probably just adjust some lower Weapon ranks of some jobs and possibly give all the melee jobs that dont have a A+ rank in any category (I mean now BST THF RNG etc) an A+.
The whole "A+" thing is an indication of how quickly it rises/how high it can go at a particular level, and is a somewhat arbitrary naming convention. Like you said, there's no need for any higher combat ranks, no "SSSSS+" needed.
I'm pretty sure that skills will go up at the same rate they have been, which would widen the gap between A+ and A-, sure, but what effect that would have depends also on what level 99 mob's evasion and other skills are at, too. And what the new level 119 versions of tiamat, and new level 114 versions of nidhogg are like.
It's also possible that the rates of skill gain, or the value of a single skill point, could change after a certain point, like they do after 200 skill, for example. If the gap between A+ and A- become wider, but after 300 skill each point starts being worth a quarter of what they were before 200, then that gap isn't as important.
Hopefully this gives me a reason to stop spending money on FoV augments @_@
Odd. they haven't put the ''version update'' thing yet
Obviously is the lack of skill. Nothing to do with the lack of buffs present compared to other melee classes at all. Nope..
And surely it has nothing to do with the ~10% hitrate that you're not getting from your dexterity compared to people swinging with two hands
Unless SE changes the current formulas for little reason, there won't be a formula change for >300 skill, as some jobs can already get that much skill, and there's no formula change at that point.
That doesn't rule out changes at 350 or 400, though.
What I'm wondering, is if the skill increases will go up again after a certain point, such as current skills do at level 50. Might we get 7 skill per level for A+ skills after say, 80 or 90?
