Mmn. Not a huge fan of walnuts, but the carrot/orange part sounds good. got a picture of it before you destroyed it?

The healthy kind of icing ruins carrot cakes. I don't know what it's made of but when I was younger all the carrot cakes had great icing and then at some point people decided to put shit icing on carrot cakes and ruined my childhood.
