Well, people keep saying SE won't do anything about the NDA, so why not?

Epeen +1 for being the first person to log in once the gates open, and stream it live while they run around killing things and obsessively levelling their lalafell conjurer to 20 in the space of 4 hours.

Hell, I won't argue if anybody does. But I wouldn't put anything out there with my name on it on day 1.. gotta at least make it to beta.

You're in no danger of leaking things out from datamining or anything of the sort. They're not going to track you down and sue you or something. But if you host a live stream where they can see your character name, I'm sure theyd have no problems closing your account.

Despite the NDA-thumping getting a little annoying, I'd still like to see someone get banned from alpha for doing something stupid. Preferably someone who's been acting all badass and full of themselves for ignoring the NDA, claiming it'll never be enforced.

I'm getting as sick of "You're all naive idiots, nobody ever gets banned, post whatever you want" as I am of "You shouldn't even be admitting you're in the alpha! That's against the NDA!"

Apparently. Probably with bonus damage on male characters (except Roegadyn)? It'll be fun to see the animation for that one. Any idea on what mob it's associated with? Probably a humanoid of some sort. Animals don't tend to kick you in the balls.

There's actually a mob called Nutkin and Squirrel, I think it might be a literal nut kick.

Although the thought of a Goblin smithy kicking somebody in the balls is such an amusing image.
