Gosh, all we've seen so far is a few screenshots, and a little information here and there. Where's the vidoes a.k.a face blowing goodness? I'm going to die if i don't get to see the opening movie for the game, it's the same exact one shown behind closed doors at vana fest.

There's no intro like the one in FFXI, it's basically the scene on the boat from the trailer, except you get to act in it. I'm guessing there'll be a different one for each starting nation.

Here's to hoping it'll actually be playable before it closes down :X

It's the perfect stress test. SE is trying to determine how many times they can piss off EU players before they quit

(The over/under so far has been about 15 log in attempts btw)

Well I've seen Hyuran and Lalafell. Does everyone hate Roegadyn for some reason? Come on naw.

Roegadyns are awesome, not sure I like their running-animation, though. Expected it to be more... Galka. Oh well.

Good luck finding that out today, most people can't stay logged in for more than five minutes at a time, and it takes 15-20 minutes to get back in usually. I've made it to the shooting range, doubt I'm getting much further than that.

It's not. The manual states gear cannot be changed in active (engaged) mode.

We've seen screens of jp players running about/dying in the field outside limsa lominsa. Maybe EU players got screwed this time. :/

Not sure if it's different for 2h/1h, but as a Marauder it wasn't bad at all. Way faster than FFXI, atleast for the 1 attack I had. You can unleash the attack early for a bit less damage, or wait and let it gather power for a bit, but it's still just a few seconds.

About 2-3 seconds when I fought the mob on the ship. Also I imagine superior JP connections played a large part in allowing them to stay connected long enough for a significant number of them to make it outside and get to actually test combat properly.
