I'd like to see later in the alpha if it gets easier for mages to regain their mana with advanced abilities. More interested in Conj than Thaum - I know Thaum eventually gets some Syphon type of deal later.

Can pick and choose what abilities are set, even from other jobs you've leveled (unsure of specific limitations on that obviously). You decide where you allocate your stat points when you level (can choose to up str vs. dex etc...). So I would say it lets you determine you more than most MMOs.

Seems to be just like XI with the exception being you distribute stat points yourself from physical level ups rather than linear stat progression per race/job. Skills and weapons level up seperately to your physical level, kind of like XI.
