Updated the deity web.
After many tries, about 10 papers, i managed to get a family tree together with somewhat of a hierarchy (Master > Servant, Father > Daughter etc) with no line crossover. I'll start shopping it if you guys want too ;p
Edit: built my template, all links are simply black so far, if anyone notices a mistake point it out to me

Edit: forgot to add a line saying Byregot and Halone are siblings
Edit2: Looking for all the symbols that show the elements or dietys, do they exist yet?
Man I don't think he was trolling. I played since NA Ps2 beta on Midgard and I stumbled upon these forums recently in lieu of xiv news. Admittedly I smoke a lot of pot so I probably saw pics of BG defeating various HNM mob but I definitely thought his question was legitimate not trolling
Ahh ok, thanks

Up next: BATTLE REGIMENS!
A regimen for strategy
When fighting a powerful opponent with your party, you can use a system called “battle regimen” to link your attacks with the attacks of other members in your party. This has a chance to add special effects. Here’s how it works:
1.Decide the order of attacks by discussing it with your party
2.When your turn in the regimen comes, press the button next to the action meny to change to regimen mode, and select your move.
3.When all members have entered their moves, someone presses the button to activate the regimen.
4.Depending on the actions and order selected, effects may be added.
Moves in battle regimens do not need any special properties. For example, a gladiator’s slashing attack and a marauder’s axe attack gave the enemy a “physical defense down” status effect. The same effect was produced when the marauder changed to pugilist and used a regular punching attack. The effect changes depending on the order and the skills used, so I’m looking forward to finding the best combinations. In this experiment, we only used regular attacks, but it still lowered the enemy’s defense. Battle regimens using elemental attacks and magic will surely have even more powerful specialized effects.
This should be pretty cool. I'm interested in how it will work out.
That's the relationships of the Twelve without any reference to their specific relationships (parent/sibling/etc). Might be revealing if you put the elements on there.
So far the only relationships that seemed at all apparent to me were that Oschon (wind) is close to both of the Ice goddesses, and that both of the Lightning gods were subservient to the water deities. Maybe it would be worth taking a stab at astral/umbral alignments if we're going to speculate whether there's any overlay between the god's relationships and their elements.

who fucking cares, back to XIV talk
Still pretty curious about how this battle regiment system works. Seems like it has a lot of potential but there are a lot of details lacking.
So far I am extremely pleased with what I'm seeing, though. It looks like there's going to be a lot more depth to the gameplay than we had in XI.
Yah but this is SE we are talking about. They want surprises left when the game goes live. You won't be able to play with all the races during beta and open. And like the developers have said quote for quote limsa is the only area playable throughout the entire beta phase, until retail where everything will be unlocked. This isn't play for free and see everything the game has to offer time. You all need to follow the program SE has and report those bugs. Re-installing the client over again has to be a reason for that. SE isn't a virgin they have penotrated many a game. so don't underestimate them and their way of thinking. They have this mmo hook line and sinker and its going to rival the competition.
