i did a check turns out IE hates the <object data> for images so i replaced it with new code and it works in IE

old line 153:

Yeah, kinda what I did to fix it.I just put the img tag inside of the object tag, because if object fails it executes what is inside of it. Have yet to test it, but I'm going to make some changes right now.

I wonder if you'll be able to equip blacksmith weapon offhand to miner, for example, so you can turn ores into ingots in the field, for stackability.

So for the hell of it I decided to get the alpha client installed even though I don't have a pass
for the most part it's been going at 400-800kb/s the entire time and is up to around 80% now after about an hour

I feel bad for the people who had to get it at < 40kb/s like I know most did

They haven't changed the installer. It can still update the game. I haven't changed my ffxivsetup since day one, thanks. No need to spread false information just because you don't know what's going on yourself.

yea. I'm saying that because I can't DL the calculator thing, and I don't know if that screenshot of it is at base level..

and if it is, im saying the HP starts wrong or theres some form of variance.

hmm, i was told from multiple sources that a new client was given and ppl had to uninstall and re-install from a new client

Well they are dumb. You have to re-run the same setup to uninstall, then run it again to reinstall. Then it will update.

You can't change equips during combat. There's not really any use for macros.
