oh i never entered the beta working full time i wouldn't have been able to have played the game as much as i'd have loved to but i was wondering if anyone actully gotten on at all

there is nothing on the forums yet other than a standard introduction & a "meet & greet" between players. no info, still no client, nothing to share.

Yeah basically various pics of the forums admin posts. When the game is playable, I'm sure there will be many pics (from Jp one anyway) leaked.

although I'd have to post it anonymously probably...maybe! Wouldn't weant SE after me haha, although I wonder if they can even browse my site during work to check

What Falcon said plus that the decision for BG revolves more around respecting that NDA to keep a good relationship with Square Enix. There'll be leaks, I just don't expect to see them here.

I distinctly remember a lawsuit over Darkfall Online NDA being broken, but every source seems be be a broken link. I'll keep looking for it, however.

Regardless, breaking the NDA is retarded on many levels.

You're not doing the game or the community a favor by posting shit about a non-complete game. In fact, you could very well be damaging the game, as posting information about a game which is likely to have a great number of instances of faulty programming and/or glitches and/or other things which will disappoint people will likely hurt the public's view of the game rather than help it to become popular.

So, if you're a tester, and you actually want this game to do well, don't fucking break the NDA.

To be honest?
In my opinion, there's a fine line between harmful leaks and helpful leaks.

Harmful leaks are what you said; leaks that showcase off buggy hardware and system structure that occurs on basis of it being an alpha. This is bad.

However, good leaks, such as leaking techniques, classes, things, missions, are not bad. They generate interest and hype. They keep people curious about the game instead of having them forget.

This depends on what happens. Stuff can easily change between now and then so info could be inaccurate.

As we all know, nobody important is in the Beta anyways. Our math wizards aren't there to tell us what the best setup for colibri is so its useless until retail.
