Ah, yes. I was talking about that with a USA marine today. One of my regular customers at my place of business. We're in Canada, he's on leave and is visiting family and I see him around a couple of times a year. He's very patriotic and he was very disturbed by it. Good guy, showed me tons of pictures where he was playing with the kids over there and hanged around with the adults, having drinks and playing some cultural board game.

I don't plan to update to W7 until I buy some SSD for my computer, along with a new fkn video card.

That being said, lol.

I've never had a problem with Vista so I don't fancy paying for Windows 7. Will be years before I get a new PC, may as well wait for Windows 8 or whatever.

If you leave your PC you will miss the prompt asking you if you would like to continue your download, as an error has occured.

Might as well buy it and use it. I got the ultimate edition for $99 (great to have a friend whose a head microsoft engineer). Used it on my current machine, but you can just call them up saying you have a new computer and need new keys.

I can get it for free, but again, just don't feel like doing it at this point. I'll wait til I do some other upgrades like the SSD and Vid card to move over to 7. Vista doesn't give me any issues. Also I'd be doing a complete wipe and install not just a "upgrade".
