So how did my demon's souls trophies get synced? lord knows I've never done it manually.

Checking other people's profiles and trophies, looking at your own through the XMB outside of a game, there's more than a couple functions of the system that aren't directly pressing "Sync with Server" that'll do it.

Was anyone playing anything and earned trophies while shit was fucked up? I was playing Star Ocean 4 all day (oblivious to the fact there was a problem until later in the evening), grinding battle trophies, and I didn't get any messages at all if I got a trophy. I thought I read somewhere that people were getting the 8001050F error message in stead of the trophy message, but I could just be remembering incorrectly. I really hope that I didn't, as that would mean doing over 100 hours of crap to get to what I may have missed. ><

Trophies weren't triggering properly with the system errors, so yeah, if you earned something like the 15% battle trophies collected trophy and then saved without it triggering you're probably SOL.

Ugh. I think I passed the 45% one. Argh.

Edit: Whew. By my calculations I was at 45.555~%. Just got another BT and it dinged the PSN trophy. Thank god I didn't have to start a new system file for that.

Turned on, signed in like normal with no error, date was 2/28 so I updated my time via internet. All is well. Nothing appears to be corrupt or lost.

all mine are fine, i randomly booted up the system when i heard of the problem, but when i couldnt log into PSN I never tried to do anything further. Sucks for you, I assumed the game saved trophies to the save file since they show you them in game under extra's

same for me, i usually sync the trophies after i finish with the game.

I dont think the amount matters, sometimes to sync 1 trophy takes me 1min i guess the connection timed out or something.
